Fees and Refund Policy

The all-inclusive fee for the alternative addiction treatment program at Eleusis is $13,495.00.

Payment Methods

Payment for the WELL program can be made by the following methods:

• Check
• Credit card
• Money order
• Cash in US dollars

Note: All checks must be cleared prior to admission.

Refund Policy

1. Clients who are refused admission due to intoxication or any other condition that makes their admission inappropriate will receive a refund. The refund will be calculated as the amount of the full program fee, minus the non-refundable deposit.

2. Refunds will be also made for the following reasons:

• Legitimate medical emergency (as ordered by a licensed physician)
• Death in the family (proof required)

3. The refund will be calculated as the pro-rated amount of the full program fee, based on the number of unused treatment days, minus the non-refundable deposit.

4. Clients who are discharged for any violations of program rules will not be provided a refund.
