Sweat Lodge Ceremony

A sweat lodge is a Native American ceremony that symbolizes creation and personal rebirth. It facilitates purification of the body, encourages camaraderie and assists spiritual cleansing and renewal of the soul.

For the body, we enter the sweat lodge to complete detoxification, to aid physical cleansing and to accelerate cellular regeneration.

For the mind, we use the sweat lodge to humble our egos, to enhance bonding within the group and to contemplate our intention for the Ketamine-induced transpersonal experience.

For the soul, we go to the sweat lodge to be purified, healed and reborn. The sweat lodge represents the womb of Mother Earth. Its darkness is human ignorance, its heat is the coming of life and its steam is the creative force of the universe.

In a sweat lodge session, we sweat together in the darkness, connecting with one another and the universe to create a powerful experience for balancing the body, mind and soul.
