Chi Kung
Chi Kung is practiced in order to generate more vital energy and attain higher levels of spiritual and mental enrichment. Strong functional health, emotional balance and enlightenment are the main areas of study and practice.
Chi Kung unlocks the “meta-intelligence” and opens the pathways for great human potential to emerge. Chi Kung emphasizes internal cultivation and cleansing the heart so our true nature and latent abilities can emerge. This is a “way of life” that creates beings of compassion, wisdom and power.
Chi Kung practice is laid out in an orderly style, which removes guesswork about what to do or how to practice. Within the Chi Kung system, there are many forms and meditations, as well as powerful techniques for self healing and energy transmission for healing oneself. The practice consists of Movement, Visualization, Cultivating our Senses, Meditation, Healing Sounds and Moving Energy.
True Chi Kung is a way of life and should go beyond energy-generating forms and postures. Chi Kung observes that humanity is going through great challenges. Negative emotions and temptation are always facing us and trying to get “inside” us. This is an obstacle that can be overcome by making the “inside” stronger. When the internal organs are strong and the inner heart is purified, negative energies cannot enter your body.
Chi Kung is about reconnecting with the “Limitless” Emptiness from which we sprang. It is a process of empowerment that involves Chi Kung postures and forms, but — more importantly, moves practitioners into higher states of consciousness through meditation methods and techniques. Through the internal heart/mind work and moving energy, the past can be cleared and the heart can be fully refreshed and opened. When the heart is opened, enlightenment and peace become more of a reality.
